Terms and Conditions of Working with Ashley Wienke - Share the Magic Travel
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our travel agency services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Definitions
"Company," "We," "Us," and "Our" refers to Share the Magic Travel.
"Client," "You," and "Your" refers to the individual or entity using our services.
"Services" refers to the travel planning and booking services provided by Share the Magic Travel.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when the deposit has been received and the client has received a confirmation email from us.
Some reservations may not require a deposit and some will, and will be communicated so via email.
Final Payment: Failure to make the final payment required by the due date of the vacation supplier may result in cancellation of your booking. I will always reach out via email to remind you of your final payment with a specific deadline.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and supplier gift card where applicable. We do not accept Venmo, Paypal, cash, or personal check.
3. Pricing and Changes
Quoted pricing: All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice until the vacation is booked. Quoted prices are only guaranteed once full payment has been received.
Changes to your reservation: All changes requested are subject to availability, possible cancelation penalties, and additional costs may apply.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Please note that your reservation may be subject to cancellation penalties by the supplier who your trip is booked with and you are bound to their specific policies.
5. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended for all clients. It should cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, and cancellation. All clients will be required to submit a waiver before travel either accepting or declining travel protection coverage.
6. Responsibilities and Liability
Client Responsibilities: You as the client are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid and in order. You must comply with all travel regulations and health requirements of the destination you are visiting. It is also your responsibility to read all emails from us and respond to any questions or requests for information in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in delays or issues with your booking.
Liability: We act as an agent for various travel service providers and cannot be held liable for any act, omission, or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of these service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by these service providers.
7. Complaints Procedure:
If you have a complaint during your trip, you must inform the relevant service provider (e.g., hotel, airline) immediately to allow them to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved, please contact us directly as soon as possible.
Resolution: We will make every effort to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction. Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of your return.
